This role is uniquely structured to be fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your own schedule, within our operational hours of Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs, challenges, and personal goals.

• Offer evidence-based individual therapy sessions, tailoring your approach to address a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are both client-centered and measurable, integrating various therapeutic methodologies.

• Provide crisis intervention and real-time support for clients facing immediate mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stabilization.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, including coping strategies and community resources available to support their journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards governing counseling practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Harmony Hills, you will primarily support clients of all ages who are experiencing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
