Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Northwestern Behavioral Health, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, using a range of evidence-based diagnostic tools.

• Delivering personalized one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to address a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction, implementing strategies that empower clients to overcome their challenges.

• Facilitating dynamic group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to share their experiences, learn coping skills, and build supportive relationships with peers.

• Providing immediate support and crisis intervention during critical situations, assessing risks, and coordinating emergency services as appropriate to keep clients safe.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
