This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while remaining integrated with our outpatient office’s collaborative spirit. Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Designing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans that are tailored to individual client objectives, regularly reviewing progress and modifying plans as necessary.

• Facilitating individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, applying various therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy—to suit client needs.

• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of health professionals to deliver comprehensive care, sharing insights into clients’ progress and adjusting treatment plans as appropriate.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development opportunities, including supervision sessions and training workshops to enhance your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Life Line Counseling serves a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from various demographics and backgrounds, requiring sensitivity and adaptability in your therapeutic style to build rapport and rapport effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Demonstrated experience conducting both individual and group therapy within mental health settings.
\n
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methodologies tailored for mental health treatment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for fostering effective therapeutic alliances.

• Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality at all times.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with additional training in specialized therapeutic approaches (such as EMDR for trauma, acceptance and commitment therapy, or substance abuse treatment) may be preferred. Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with relevant digital tools will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses. In addition to competitive salary:
