Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, and upcoming appointments, ensuring timely discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that align with the holistic needs of clients.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including detailed progress notes for all client interactions.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client's unique mental health history and needs.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and potentially group therapy where applicable throughout the week.

• Engage in ongoing individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure adherence to best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and more complex psychiatric issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active LMHC licensure in New York State.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in performing assessments and diagnoses, as well as individual and group therapy sessions.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
