Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular session meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, and treatment plans, adjusting when necessary for optimal client outcomes.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and facilitating continuity of care.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate new clients and facilitate their entry into the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 110,000 per year, with additional productivity bonuses available to reward outstanding performance.
