Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions tailored to the diverse needs of your clients.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and individual client assessments.

• Maintain accurate, detailed clinical documentation of patient care, session notes, and treatment plans in accordance with organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a wide range of healthcare providers, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to each client's care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques and compliance standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and participate actively in team meetings to contribute to collective practices and strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults and adolescents experiencing mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, coupled with attractive benefits.
