Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings that align with evidence-based practices.

• Perform regular reviews and updates of treatment plans as clients progress or as new concerns arise.

• Document all client interactions in compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain thorough, accurate records within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to devise and implement crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans when applicable.

• Engage with community resources and services to connect clients with additional support networks as needed.

• Stay up-to-date with relevant tools, techniques, and screening instruments to ensure the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
