Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs and preferences of clients.

• Monitor client progress through diligent record-keeping and regular assessments, ensuring treatment goals are met and adjusting techniques as needed.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to create comprehensive and cohesive treatment plans, ensuring high-quality care.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists and physicians to manage the care of clients transitioning out of hospitalization, promoting a smooth recovery process.

• Provide ongoing support and resources to families and caregivers, fostering a supportive environment for clients.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities tailored to individual clients, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
