Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, addressing a spectrum of behavioral health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that are tailored to each client’s needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with organizational standards and best practices.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based interventions and methodologies in the behavioral health field to enhance client care.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions as stipulated by organizational policies.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to discuss client progress, treatment efficacy, and to strategize on enhancing client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Healthy Rhythms, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health issues. Qualifications\n
