Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status by employing standardized evaluation tools, ensuring a deep understanding of their concerns and needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions that foster trust and openness, providing a safe space for clients to discuss their challenges and progress.

• Monitor clients' progress towards established therapeutic goals, making real-time adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, ensuring their unique needs are consistently met.

• Offer flexibility in service delivery by providing teletherapy options, meeting clients where they are most comfortable, and addressing accessibility challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation for client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• Proven current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
