Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to effectively identify clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing an array of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities as required.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals, ensuring a unified and cohesive approach to client care.

• Actively participate in crisis intervention efforts, providing support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, and applying your clinical expertise in high-pressure situations.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness, and contribute educational workshops that help reduce stigma and encourage proactive mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active independent license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity, enabling you to work effectively with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
