Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate each client's mental health status, identifying their specific needs and concerns.

  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the client's unique circumstances, challenges, and therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients facing various mental health challenges. You will work closely with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychosocial difficulties. Our diverse patient population requires adaptability to different cultural backgrounds, and your ability to provide culturally sensitive care is paramount in our practice.

Qualifications\n

  A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or a related field is required.

  A valid, active license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington State is mandatory.

  Proven experience (at least 2 years) in mental health counseling, demonstrating an understanding of various therapeutic approaches.

  Exceptional interpersonal and counseling skills, with the ability to build rapport and inspire trust in clients.

  Competence in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems as well as other computer applications for documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

Having additional specialized training in evidence-based therapy modalities such as CBT, DBT, or other therapeutic techniques will be advantageous. Experience conducting group therapy sessions and engaging in community outreach initiatives will also enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position is competitive and falls within the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
