Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on the holistic well-being of clients. For example, you will utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients work through anxiety and depressive disorders.

• Regularly assess and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. You'll maintain detailed clinical documentation to track progress and outcomes effectively.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care, which may involve discussing client cases in team meetings and making collaborative treatment decisions.

• Support families and caregivers by providing educational resources and strategies that they can implement at home, to ensure continued support for the client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on serving a diverse range of clients, including adults grappling with various mental health issues such as stress, trauma, depression, and anxiety. We especially encourage applicants with experience, or an interest in working with older adults, as these populations can greatly benefit from tailored therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is mandatory.

• Active LMHC license in the state of Washington.
\n
• Proficiency in clinical assessments and treatment planning methodologies.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that facilitate collaboration and establish trust with clients in a therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience, ideally within a clinical outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
