Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, address their needs, and determine appropriate discharge plans when necessary.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and individual client goals.
\n
• Accurately document client interactions and progress notes in accordance with best practices, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Perform initial intake assessments to determine clients' needs and appropriate treatment strategies.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development to continually improve therapeutic skills.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external healthcare providers to ensure holistic approaches to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Omnicare, you will work primarily with a diverse outpatient population comprising individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. This role requires sensitivity to the unique circumstances of each client, as you partner together in their journey toward improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is essential.

• Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets, RMS systems, email platforms, and other relevant software, is necessary for documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is highly preferred.

• Background in completing intake assessments efficiently and effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
