Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and craft comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide individual therapy sessions focusing on a diverse spectrum of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment difficulties. These sessions may utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, among others.

• Collaborate with clients to develop client-centered, evidence-based treatment plans with measurable goals and regularly assess progress.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing immediate challenges, assuring their safety and guiding them through acute mental health distress.

• Effectively educate clients and their support systems about mental health conditions, coping strategies, treatment options, and community resources that may be beneficial.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including all assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation, in line with ethical standards and legal compliance.

• Adhere strictly to the ethical guidelines and regulations governing counseling practices, prioritizing client confidentiality and informed consent.

• Exhibit cultural sensitivity in service delivery, ensuring understanding and respect for clients from diverse backgrounds.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Hillsdale Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse clientele ranging from children and adolescents to adults. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and a sign-on bonus for new hires.
