Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain timely and thorough documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and data integrity.

• Engage regularly in team meetings, case conferences, and interdisciplinary care planning sessions to enhance collaborative care approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily support a diverse patient population facing a range of challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and patients with co-occurring medical conditions. Your work will involve customizing therapeutic approaches to fit the unique backgrounds, needs, and preferences of each individual, fostering an inclusive and supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
