Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients presenting mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, as well as group therapy opportunities utilizing evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our electronic health record system.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, physicians, and social service agencies to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Actively participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and share best practices for improving therapeutic techniques.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research and therapeutic methodologies to enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) or equivalent is a must for this position.

• Proven experience in individual and group therapy settings with a demonstrated ability to address a spectrum of mental health concerns.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time role ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, based on caseload and experience.
