Key Responsibilities\n

• Supervise and manage the clinical care of assigned patients, ensuring a high level of professionalism and empathy.

• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions, catering to the unique needs of each patient. This includes preparing detailed assessments and treatment logs for effective tracking of patient progress.

• Administer care to a varied caseload, demonstrating proficiency in addressing diverse psychological needs, including anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related issues.

• Utilize advanced assessment skills to evaluate the mental health interventions for patients and their families, collaboratively designing and implementing tailored resolution plans for successful outcomes.

• Employ crisis intervention skills proficiently, guiding patients through difficult situations while delivering therapeutic support.

• Provide personalized counseling services, which may include individual therapy, family sessions, and referrals to other specialized professionals, ensuring a comprehensive support structure.

• Conduct regular evaluations of patient needs in collaboration with healthcare providers to adapt treatment strategies proactively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will work with a varied patient population facing different mental health challenges. Your focus will be on delivering quality care to individuals from diverse backgrounds, who may be experiencing conditions such as mood disorders, trauma, addiction, and severe stress. By tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs and circumstances of each client, your contributions will directly influence the effectiveness of their treatment and their overall path toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is mandatory.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent qualifications (PsyD).

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, showcasing a deep understanding of mental health care and therapy best practices.

Preferred Experience\n

While specific qualifications are a must, we also value additional experiences, such as familiarity with various therapeutic modalities (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc.) and experience working with underrepresented populations. Experience with telehealth platforms and systems will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 135,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 and performance-based bonuses, with additional incentives up to $2,000 related to state licensure. Our full benefits package includes comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, generous paid time off, 12 weeks of paid parental leave, and the flexibility to design your work schedule, allowing between 5 to 40 hours a week.
