Empower Cove Counseling Center is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide exceptional mental health services in a remote setting. This full-time position caters to both child and adult clients, enabling our therapists to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals across various demographics. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Engage in child and family counseling, focusing on achieving positive outcomes for those who meet medical necessity criteria.

• Develop and facilitate psycho-educational groups and classes on parenting and other relevant topics, fostering a sense of community and support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and statistical information in compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

• Meet contractual obligations by effectively managing your billable hours, ensuring a steady flow of services that align with organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse client population ranging from children to adults facing various mental health challenges. Your engagement will span across diagnoses including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and family relationship issues, ensuring each therapeutic encounter is rooted in empathy and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Active licensure in Washington State as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or an equivalent qualification is essential.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or counseling setting is required, demonstrating your capability in providing quality therapeutic services.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle documentation and client scheduling effectively.

• Self-motivated and proactive in managing your practice and responsibilities, especially concerning billing and record-keeping.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with diverse populations and exposure to different therapeutic modalities is preferred, as well as familiarity with telehealth platforms. Additionally, expertise in implementing psycho-educational workshops will be beneficial in enhancing our community engagement efforts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
