Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to identify mental health needs and treatment goals.

• Design individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and adapt modalities to meet the client’s ongoing needs.

• Engage in delivering therapeutic sessions via teletherapy, utilizing secure platforms to ensure confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and client interactions in our electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Hold a current and valid state license as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for building rapport with clients.

• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in all client interactions.

• Possess strong organizational and time-management capabilities to effectively manage a caseload.
