Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive counseling services addressing academic, professional, and personal challenges experienced by clients, allowing for growth across all dimensions of their lives.

• Administer medication management support including timely prompts for refills, assisting with adherence protocols, and ensuring safe storage of medications, all in accordance with specific program requirements.

• Coordinate client transportation, both utilizing personal and agency vehicles, while also educating clients on public transportation options to promote independence.

• Maintain a well-stocked environment by ensuring adequate household supplies are available for clients, delivering and obtaining supplies as necessary.

• Provide input on treatment plans and monitor client progress, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of care and contributing to their individualized goals.

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations, meeting all applicable standards and licensure requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring timely communication regarding client needs and progress.

• Document clinical progress accurately and promptly, including client session notes and any relevant reports related to transportation or supply management.

• Teach daily living skills, from shopping and meal planning to cooking basics, promoting client readiness to assume increased responsibilities independently.

• Observe client moods and behaviors, implementing appropriate safety protocols and serving as a reliable role model for positive behavior.
