Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students enrolled in Master’s programs or on the pathway to clinical licensure, facilitating their development through guidance and feedback.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based techniques and approaches to promote positive mental health outcomes.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, leveraging community resources to enhance treatment options for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of a valid State license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Professional liability insurance must be maintained as part of your practice.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is necessary to ensure both competency and confidence in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bright Care Psychological Health Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 140,000 annually, with an enticing sign-on bonus of $3,000.
