Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and objectives, establishing a solid therapeutic framework.

• Develop and implement effective, customized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practices tailored to individual client circumstances.

• Provide ongoing individualized therapy sessions addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions, employing appropriate therapeutic modalities.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure holistic, well-coordinated care for clients, thus promoting better health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation that aligns with ethical and legal standards, ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional client care.

• Participate actively in case reviews, supervision activities, and team meetings to continuously refine your clinical skills and share insights, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

• Engage in community outreach efforts and educational initiatives to raise awareness about mental health issues and improve access to our services, expanding the reach of our practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Senior Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your role will involve not just individual therapy settings but also family dynamics and group therapy when relevant. By addressing issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression, you will help clients navigate their challenges and seek a path toward optimal mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active State Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of 3 years of professional clinical experience in a mental health or behavioral health setting, with a proven track record in providing high-quality therapy services.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting assessments, crafting responsive treatment plans, and employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions effectively.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt and thrive in both individual and team environments.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
