Work Environment\n

This remote role offers the convenience of working from home, with occasional in-person consultations as necessary. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to pinpoint individual patient needs, ensuring the development of personalized evidence-based treatment plans that promote wellness and recovery.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to effectively deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that address common mental health topics, providing a platform for community support and reducing stigma.

• Coordinate closely with psychiatrists and other professionals to guarantee comprehensive and seamless care for patients, sharing insights and strategies for improved treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, demonstrating skill and competence in managing acute situations safely and compassionately.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, therapy modalities, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines related to patient care.

• Actively contribute to case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings, exchanging ideas and best practices to enhance our collective approach to patient care.

• Stay informed about new research and methodologies in mental health therapy, incorporating cutting-edge techniques into your practice for the benefit of patients.

Our practice serves a diverse range of patients facing mental health challenges including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in the state of California.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.

• Experience in providing therapeutic services to a wide range of clients within diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
