Work Environment\n

This full-time position is structured as a remote outpatient service, allowing for a flexible work setting tailored to your professional needs. While you will interact mainly through virtual platforms, you will also have the opportunity to engage with clients and families in person during occasional outreach events and psychoeducational workshops. Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead and supervise Post Masters Fellows, Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, as needed, based on your qualifications and completion of a supervision course.

• Provide guidance and support to clients' families, explaining treatment plans, and offering instructions to enhance treatment adherence and acceptance.
\n
• Collaborate with public and private agencies as well as community organizations to coordinate patient care, including referral services and resource allocation.
\n
• Participate actively in program development, implementation, and evaluation to improve clinical outcomes and enhance members' care experience.
\n
• Assess safety concerns and report necessary information to mandated reporting agencies.
\n
• Design, implement, and evaluate clinical treatment programs tailored for clients with acute or chronic mental health challenges. Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.
\n
• Educate and counsel clients and their families on treatment compliance, medication management, and lifestyle changes, conducting psychoeducational classes as required.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation including intake summaries, treatment plans, and case notes, in alignment with state and NCQA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on adults and adolescents dealing with a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other complex needs. By understanding their experiences, you will help promote recovery and improve their quality of life through evidenced-based therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.
\n
• Ability to comply with departmental standards, policies, and procedures, while adhering to local, state, and federal regulations to uphold patient privacy and care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic modalities.

• Prior experience supervising early-career clinicians is preferred.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems for efficient documentation and patient management.
