Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students and junior therapists, fostering their professional growth and ensuring quality care delivery.

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to facilitate healing and growth.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, as well as community resources to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on client evaluations and progress assessments.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards in documentation.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about current trends, research, and best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.

• At least two years of experience in a therapeutic role, preferably in an outpatient setting.

• A valid state license as either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Professional liability insurance current and in good standing.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a highly competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
