Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as either an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in Tennessee.

• A minimum of 3 years experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a depth of knowledge and proficiency.

• Strong understanding of mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and ethical considerations in therapy.
