Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough crisis assessments for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, providing immediate intervention and support.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health needs.

• Engage with emergency personnel and law enforcement when necessary to ensure client safety during crises.

• Facilitate follow-up care and support, recommending additional resources or services as needed to ensure ongoing mental health management.

• Employ crisis intervention strategies and de-escalation techniques in high-stress situations to stabilize clients.

• Participate in mentorship and continuous education initiatives to enhance crisis counseling skills and stay updated on best practices.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support a diverse spectrum of clients, ranging from children to geriatrics, each facing various mental health challenges. Our organization places a strong emphasis on tailored care, and you will engage with individuals experiencing mood disorders, anxiety-related issues, PTSD, and the effects of trauma and addiction. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
