Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform treatment plan development. Your clinical expertise will be pivotal in directing clients towards their recovery milestones.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to individual client profiles. You will foster a safe and empathetic environment, empowering clients to build resilience.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and standards. Your diligence in documentation will support compliance and enhance the quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is required to demonstrate your expertise and commitment to professional standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
