Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment to clients experiencing various mental health issues, employing a wide array of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and maintain ongoing treatment plans based on client feedback and observable outcomes, utilizing data-driven approaches to track progress.

• Facilitate weekly or biweekly follow-up sessions, focusing on goal-setting and behavior modification strategies tailored to each client's individual needs.

• Manage crisis situations with professionalism and empathy, utilizing your clinical judgment to provide immediate support and intervention as necessary.

• Document clinical notes efficiently in our secure electronic medical record (EMR) system to ensure accurate tracking of patient information and care progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a varied client base, addressing complex mental health conditions such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, and grief, among others. By understanding the unique experiences and backgrounds of your clients, you can deliver personalized care that resonates with their individual narratives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Active State Licensure as a Social Worker (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is mandatory.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified through third-party validation.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Strong diagnostic abilities combined with clinical expertise in addressing a variety of mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
