Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and balance in your professional life. While the majority of work will be conducted from your home office, you will be an integral part of a supportive and collaborative outpatient team. Our typical working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs, ensuring the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to deliver targeted mental health interventions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant documentation using our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
