Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop individualized therapy plans that address the unique needs of each client, conducting detailed assessments and evaluations to track progress.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, promoting a supportive environment for all participants.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and integrated treatment plans for clients.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards while utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Validity of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
