Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for patients, developing individualized treatment plans that cater to their specific needs and goals.

• Deliver diverse, evidence-based therapeutic approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy—to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Document clinical sessions accurately and maintain complete patient records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines using our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

• Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, advocating for the best interventions for each client.

• Participate in regular training sessions and professional development workshops to enhance your skills and stay abreast of current trends in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on your experience and caseload.
