Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, couples, families, and groups to identify their mental health needs and appropriate interventions.

• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans based on assessment results, incorporating clinically appropriate modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, providing support and guidance tailored to the needs of clients, and monitor progress towards goals.

• Collaborate with other team members through documentation, case discussions, and care plans to ensure a unified approach to client care.

• Provide timely and ethical documentation of clinical interventions as per departmental standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Actively participate in case management duties, including referrals to community resources and follow-up services, in order to enhance client care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with diverse outpatient populations, which may include children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Each client brings unique experiences that require thoughtful and individualized approaches, enhancing their overall mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of California.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required; further education in counseling or social work is preferred.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, focusing on outpatient therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges between USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
