Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring effective communication and collaboration with team members and clients. Our outpatient office in Irvine serves as the headquarters, equipped with the latest technology and resources to facilitate patient care. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ needs and establish personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and values.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to foster a sense of community and share coping strategies among clients.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to provide seamless and coordinated care to patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health issues, ensuring safety and appropriate care.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to them.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with ethical and legal standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health by engaging in continuous education and training sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW or equivalent mental health professional certification in California.

• Solid understanding of various mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic interventions.

• Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.

• Experience providing quality therapy to individual and group settings, particularly with diverse populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in using common computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
