Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Sunflower, you will serve a diverse array of clients, including individuals and families from varying backgrounds and experiences. Your role will involve working closely with clients who face various mental health challenges, enabling them to overcome obstacles and achieve their personal goals. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California is essential.

• A strong understanding of evidence-based practices, therapeutic techniques, and mental health diagnoses.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least three (3) years of direct counseling experience, particularly with clients experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 78,000 to 115,000 annually, based on experience. Additionally, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, allowing you to prioritize your health and wellbeing.
