Key Responsibilities\n

• Oversee the work of Post Masters Fellows, Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage Family Therapists, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors when appropriate, ensuring quality supervision and support.

• Offer comprehensive guidance to patients and their families, explaining treatment plans and providing practical strategies to enhance adherence and acceptance of therapy.
\n
• Utilize public and private resources effectively, connecting patients and their families with community support services and relevant external resources, thereby promoting successful treatment outcomes.
\n
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate individualized clinical treatment plans addressing both acute and chronic mental health conditions.
\n
• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families or groups, employing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
\n
• Instruct and counsel patients regarding compliance with prescriptions and therapeutic regimens, ensuring they have the knowledge to participate actively in their recovery.

• Prepare detailed intake summaries, treatment plans, and ongoing case records, adhering to state, NCQA regulations, and community standards.
\n
• Maintain clear communication regarding safety concerns, reporting to the appropriate authorities when necessary to protect client well-being.

• Participate in departmental program development, implementation, and evaluation initiatives, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
