Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, including psychological, social, and emotional evaluations.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions focusing on a myriad of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal adjustment.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals, integrating evidence-based interventions to track their progress.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and supporting them through critical moments.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, coping mechanisms, and critical resources available within the community.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including comprehensive assessments, ongoing treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Steer adherence to established ethical guidelines and state regulations governing counseling practice, including informed consent practices.

• Engage with other mental health professionals in a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and improved patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
