Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments that evaluate each patient's unique trauma history to tailor effective treatment strategies.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that center on trauma recovery and resilience-building.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, providing guidance in processing trauma and developing coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care for patients, ensuring holistic support.

• Offer crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies, maintaining patient safety and emotional stability.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available mental health resources to empower their healing journey.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of patient progress according to legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact individuals coping with trauma-related disorders, including children, adolescents, and adults. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as either an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.
\n
• Strong foundation in trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.
\n
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to patient care.

• Ability to remain composed and effective in high-stress situations, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting that involves trauma-focused therapies and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
