Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's unique trauma history, helping to guide appropriate therapeutic strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, utilizing evidence-based approaches to maximize client outcomes.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing in individual and group settings.

• Deliver engaging and supportive group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process trauma, learn coping strategies, and foster resilience.

• Take an active role in crisis intervention, providing immediate and effective support during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and the array of resources available for ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions in compliance with both legal and ethical guidelines.

• Regularly participate in professional development activities and team discussions centered around trauma-informed care best practices.

• Stay informed of the latest research and treatment methodologies in the field of trauma therapy to ensure the highest standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals affected by various forms of trauma, including but not limited to PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

• A strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to client interactions.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and related computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 and USD 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
