Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with clients to co-create individualized treatment plans that are sensitive to their specific challenges, cultural backgrounds, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), in one-on-one sessions, couples therapy, family therapy, and group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and ensuring continuity of care for patients experiencing acute distress, including collaborating with external healthcare providers if necessary.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines.

• Engage in psychoeducation with patients and their families, equipping them with essential tools and knowledge to effectively manage their mental health conditions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, contingent upon experience, education, and geographic location.
