Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy sessions to children, adolescents, and adults, employing various therapeutic modalities informed by the latest research.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop accurate case conceptualizations to tailor treatment plans effectively.

• Facilitate collaboration with external service providers and support systems to enhance overall care coordination.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and best practices, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Build and nurture therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering an environment of trust and safety conducive to healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is a requirement for this position.

• Active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• A strong foundation in trauma-informed care practices is preferred, alongside a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a primary therapist in mental health settings, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous base salary, you will receive:
