Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate the patient's trauma history and determine the nature and focus of treatment.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans centered on trauma recovery using evidence-based modalities.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, enabling clients to process their trauma and learn effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure a multi-faceted approach to client care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating competence in high-stress situations.

• Inform and educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and community resources available to support their healing journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with organizational, legal, and ethical standards.

• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continued professional development focusing on trauma-informed care practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
