Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality telehealth mental health services, including individual and group therapy sessions tailored to meet clients' unique needs.

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations, utilizing standardized assessment tools to inform the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain consistent and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, adhering to Federal, State, and organizational documentation requirements.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support for clients in high-risk situations, ensuring safety and appropriate referrals when necessary.

• Engage clients through effective communication and active listening skills, fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages personal growth and self-exploration.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to ensure integrated care for clients, participating in regular case consultations and team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Our client base ranges from children to adults, allowing you to tailor your therapeutic approaches based on developmental and situational factors. Your role will be crucial in supporting our clients on their path toward recovery and achieving their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active Washington State license as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
