• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct engaging and supportive group sessions to empower clients to share their experiences, fostering community and mutual understanding among participants.

• Individual Counseling: Deliver tailored therapy sessions to encourage clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while developing effective coping strategies and action plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans, ensuring they address unique needs and preferences.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess client progress, utilizing various tools to evaluate outcomes and adapt treatment approaches accordingly.

• Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow professionals, coordinating care and consulting on complex cases, to ensure holistic and effective treatment is provided.

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, who are seeking support through outpatient treatment for a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Empowerment Care Services offers an evidence-based and holistic approach, emphasizing recovery and empowerment for each individual. You will play a pivotal role in helping this demographic navigate their challenges and achieve their personal goals.

• Required: A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Must hold a current, valid license as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with clients.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and treatment methodologies applicable to young adult clients.

• Experience working with young adult populations in outpatient settings is highly desirable.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
