Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary duties will include:

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent license in one of the following categories issued by the state board: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Demonstrated ability to make professional evaluations and provide meaningful recommendations for treatment planning.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, exhibiting empathy and understanding in client interactions.
