Key Responsibilities\n

• Diagnosis and Treatment: As a Licensed Therapist, you will perform comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop personalized treatment plans that meet each client's unique preferences and goals.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Conduct psychotherapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy. Ensure that the therapeutic approach is adaptable to meet the diverse needs of each patient.

• Data-Driven Evaluation: Monitor clients' progress through systematic follow-up sessions, using clinical data to modify treatment plans as necessary based on individual responses and outcomes.

• Collaboration: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to integrate case management and support services, collaborating on patient care to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Crisis Management: Provide immediate support and interventions for clients experiencing acute crises, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment progress using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, addressing conditions such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma-related issues, and grief resolution. You will support individuals from various backgrounds, ensuring a non-judgmental and empathetic therapeutic relationship that fosters trust and openness.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure in the state of Washington as either an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.

• Strong understanding of various psychotherapy modalities and mental health disorders.

• Proven track record of managing client caseloads in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism.

• Demonstrated ability to retain a no history of medical malpractice claims, verified by third-party sources.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. must be established.

Compensation and Benefits\n
