Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and establish individualized treatment goals.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s situation, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, or solution-focused therapy.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring accessibility for clients facing barriers to in-person visits.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with therapeutic goals and changes in client status.

• Maintain meticulous records of sessions, adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards in documentation and data management.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in mental health strategies, practices, and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients featuring varying degrees of mental health challenges, including but not limited to individuals coping with trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, displaying empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.

• Strong organizational skills coupled with an ability to manage time effectively in a remote working context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Our compensation package includes flexible scheduling options as well as a sign-on bonus for licensed therapists. Additional benefits include:
