Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while promoting a healthy work-life balance. Our work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments tailored to the geriatric population, focusing on their unique challenges and complex needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and current license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong understanding of geriatric mental health disorders and effective treatment modalities.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathetic skills to establish rapport with elderly patients and their families.

• Adeptness at using electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient information efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
