Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will cater to a diverse range of individuals primarily focused on low-acuity conditions. Clients typically seek help for issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, and grief. Our systematic client screening processes ensure that you will work with stable adults, allowing you to create a positive therapeutic environment. We do not serve children or clients experiencing severe mental health crises, enabling you to focus your expertise where it is most effective.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
